The taggiasca olive is a typical variety of olives grown in Liguria, fleshy and tastes slightly bitter. Are preserved just in water and salt, to maintain all of their flavour. Excellent use for traditional dishes such as rabbit alla ligure, but also pizza, fish and sauces or to enrich salads. After opening, store in the refrigerator.
