The soup Viggianese is a preparation of pulses, beans of Sarconi, chickpeas and lentils. A tribute to the small town of Viggiano, famous for the ancient tradition of drummers and musicians. Enjoyed in the winter but also in summer, is a dish rich in taste and complete from the nutritional point of view for proper nutrition. Directions for use: soak the contents of the box at least 12 hours before cooking it. Rinse and cook in water on slow fire.
