The churros are sweet, typical Spanish, with an elongated shape, and soft on the inside. With the mixture of flour and spices skilfully measured, it is easy to prepare them at home. It is sufficient to pour the mixture in a cup of boiling water and knead for a few minutes, until the dough is smooth and homogeneous. Then, with the machine, churrera, get long sticks, about 10-15 cm from fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve the churros still warm dusted with sugar and accompanied by hot chocolate. With a pack you get about 50 churros 10 cm long.
