The dried beef of the wild boar is a dried meat from the cuts of the thigh, seasoned with salt, spices and mountain herbs. Its taste is strong and complete, it is enriched by the flavours of the aosta valley. Cut into thin slices, and the compact flesh and very little fat is the ideal as a starter, served with slices of bread. Then vacuum-packed.
