The Brut Sparkling wine is produced with the Classic Method, from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes in the Alta Valle Versa, in the Oltrepò Pavese. Bright straw-yellow color with bright reflections. The aromas recall notes of bay leaf, toasted hazelnut and currant jam. In the mouth, the softness is balanced by freshness and acidity. The aroma of fruits of the forest, felt again in the finale of great persistence.
